75350 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 75350 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
These terms take effect from the date you register your account or first access the 75350 platform, whichever comes earlier.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 75350 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you are expressing your legally binding agreement to all terms and conditions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 75350 platform is strictly restricted to users aged 18 and above. Any registration or use by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and such accounts will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. 75350 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your account details — including your name, phone number, and payment method — are accurate.
Password Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
- Contact the 75350 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 75350 platform agree to comply with all platform rules. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, fraud, system manipulation, or any activity that is detrimental to other users is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the system for unauthorised gain.
- Impersonating others, using another person's personal information, or registering fake accounts.
- Distributing offensive, harassing, or harmful content to other users through the platform.
- Conducting any transactions related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
75350 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, against any user who violates these rules.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 75350 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the validity of the payment methods they use.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and supported bank transfers. All deposits are final once confirmed and credited to your account.
75350 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are only permitted once account verification is complete and all rollover requirements (where applicable) have been met.
75350 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals for security and compliance review purposes, and may request additional verification documents where necessary.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
75350 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or the actions of the user themselves.
The platform is provided "as is" and 75350 makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the service at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 75350 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 75350 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent from 75350.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 75350 does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices.
Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any website you visit.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
75350 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, fraud or suspicious activity, providing false information during registration, or a request from the relevant authorities.
If your account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. Users whose accounts are closed for other reasons are entitled to request a withdrawal of their balance, subject to review.
Changes to Terms
75350 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the 75350 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users agree to resolve any disputes through proper legal channels and in accordance with established procedures.
